Créez votre propre vinaigrette en mélangeant ensemble de l’huile d’olive, du poivre, du jus de citron et du vinaigre balsamique. Essay! ez des recettes pour d’autres condiments, comme le ketchup, la sauce barbecue, la mayonnaise ou la moutarde.

Soyez prudent lorsque vous achetez des céréales pour le petit déjeuner et des barres granola. Certaines barres granola contiennent en fait plus de sucre que leurs homologues en chocolat. Essayez plutôt de remplacer une céréale fourrée de sucre par de la farine d’avoine coupée d’acier.

Bien que cela puisse sembler déroutant parce que vous ne pouvez pas teindre une perruque synthétique avec une teinture capillaire ordinaire, c’est tout à fait faisable. D’abord, faites votre teinture capillaire, puis appliquez-la et rincez-la. Vous serez prêt à styliser et à faire vibrer votre nouveau look en un rien de temps.

Vaporisez une section de cheveux et passez vos mains à travers. Commencez par teindre la couche supérieure des cheveux qui est visible lorsque la perruque se sépare naturellement.
