Madge Voice: Green tea is good for you but it still can't replace the water
Star Gollnick: All should be good with that. The main idea with (pure) water is that it has little for your liver, kidneys etc. to filter out. If it worries you try making the tea (gradually) a little weaker.
Lulu Bukowiecki: Actually green tea contributes to a longer life. It's good for you.10 cups of green tea a day is fine. The environment in which you live in does not really matter, and you dont really need to consider it when deciding on how much of something you want to drink. I love green tea too! Hope this helps =)!!
Raymon Fiene: Everything, including green tea and water, should be taken in moderation. Experts say that green tea is very beneficial to you although they recommend only 2-3 cups a day. Water is also very good for your body, but only about 8 glasses a day. New research has found that too much water is actually BAD for you. So, if I were you I would do just tha! t, drink a few cups of tea, as well as your regular 8 glasses of water a day and you should be in great shape! Good Luck!
Maynard Reevers: That is fine.
Jude Colbenson: water makes you nauseous? are you allergic to air as well? make sure you drink decaf if you have to drink the tea.
Alden Sabio: if it's caffeinated then no. caffeine is a diuretic and will actually make you lose water throughout the day. nothing will replace water for your 8 cups. also keep in mind that tea stains your teeth. try bottled/filtered water instead of tap water. there are also flavored waters on the market that will be better for you than tea.
Connie Dickirson: Water is always the best substance for hydration purposes. Green tea is very healthy, but drinking 8 cups per day may be considered to be excessive caffeine intake. What is it about water that makes you nauseous? Is it the smell? The taste? The appearance? Perhaps the water you're drinking needs to be filtered? Purc! hase a high quality water filter that you can either attach to! your tap or try buying a special pitcher with a filter inside, maybe that might help?Does all kind of water make you nauseous? If tap water doesn't agree with you, maybe bottled water might be better?By the way, it's not necessary to drink a standard 8 cups of water per day. Sometimes drinking too much can make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. Drink as much as you feel you need...if you're nauseous, maybe it's a sign that you're drinking too much water. I heard that too much fluid intake can be bad for your health as well, as too much water thins your blood, (which is not good), while not enough means that you're dehydrated. Again, drink only as much as you need. You can also try boiling the tap water before drinking it to eliminate any pathogens that may exist in your water supply.Perhaps you should even consult a physician about the nauseating feeling you get from drinking water....Show more
Shawnna Kusky: Green tea is good for you. Your only concern would be the! caffeine intake you may want to make sure it is decaffeinated. Caffeine can dehydrate you.
