Piedad Bassiti: Not sure about that state and its been awhile (so maybe something has changed) but in general all it takes is to take a specific class for so many hours that teaches you the basics. Then you have to pass 2 seperate tests - one that is state specific and one on general real estate knowledge. I assume the overall requirements are the same but I'm not sure how much class time is needed - I think its about 80 hours of classtime, just not sure (and you have to really know the info cold to pass the tests but if you fail them you can re-take them)....Show more
