Sabra Roers: No I'm not vegetarian, I just eat what's most healthy for me, which is actually not much meat but a ton of 3 supplements including whey protein. Tuna is great, any fish really... chicken too. beef and pork are just fatty and unnecessary but I eat what my parents cook. I think that there are smart and sane vegetarians and a very large amount of ignorant extremists. By ignorant extremists I mean the people that think animals have human brains and also the people that don't ac! knowledge the fact that not all factories and farms abuse their animals. And they also think a slaughter house is where an animal is brutally beaten which is not true. Ever heard of sedation? I don't think going veg is healthy because then you're missing out on a lot of essential vitamins, and supplements, and fats. Oh, and don't get me started on the vegans -_- ha!
