Jacques Vaquera: Department of Homeland Security is a Gastopo force here in the U.S. that basically has the power to act outside of the supreme law of the land which is the Constitution. It was created after 9/11 which was the worst terrorist attack on American soil. However I do not believe that terrible act warranted a creation of an agency that was given the power to strip ALL Americans of their civil liberties.The KGB has been violating ! Russian citizens since day one. They too operate outside of th! e law. The real difference is that Americans are too naive and scared to realize what is going on.
